Shipping is 🎁 free for all orders over 50€ to Spain and rest of Europe. Otherwise, delivery is 5,99€-20€ depending on the country you plan to purchase.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days in Spain, 3 to 10 in Europe and 7 to 15 for the rest of the world. You can estimate the shipping costs in your cart and during the checkout.
Returns and Replacements
Making a return or an exchange with us is very easy 🤗 You just need to go into our Return Portal and follow the steps. You have three different options to be refunded:
📦 Exchange: You can choose another size or product from our website and we will ship it to you. The exchanges for size or items with the same price are free for you. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
🎫 Gift card: We will send you a gift card with store credit for the amount of your returned items and non expiration date. This option is free and the return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
💸 Refund: We will process the refund of your returned items to the same payment method used in your original purchase. A return fee will be charged at this option. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
