We are committed to making our products available worldwide. Our shipping service delivers to most countries around the world and is designed to meet a wide range of shipping needs.

Shipping is free on all orders over €49 to Spain and the rest of Europe. Otherwise, shipping costs range from €5.99 to €20, depending on the destination country.

Once your product has been dispatched, delivery within Spain usually takes 1 to 3 business days for express shipping and 1 to 5 business days for standard shipping. Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7 to 15 business days to the rest of the world. You can estimate shipping costs in your cart and during checkout.

During promotional periods, standard delivery times may be affected. Some orders may experience delays.

All product returns will be handled through our Return Portal.

📦 Exchange: At the moment, size or model changes are not allowed in orders not processed from Spain, so if the customer wishes to change his product, he will have to return it, with any carrier at his expense and place a new order with the new desired size. These return costs will not be charged to Conguitos.

💸 Return: We will process the refund of your returned items to the same payment method used in your original purchase. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
