TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order with Conguitos, you are fully subject to these terms and conditions.

To shop, access our services or enjoy our promotions at Conguitos, you must be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a contract. It is mandatory to complete the registration form in full.

By placing an order, you undertake that all the information you provide us is true and accurate. Conguitos reserves the right to reject or exclude any customer who does not meet these requirements.

SHOPPING AT CONGUITOS

Users must complete all required fields on Conguitos in order to make a purchase.

All prices shown are final prices, expressly including Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, without prejudice to the fact that the user will at all times have detailed information on the price of the product.

Acceptance of these terms implies agreement with the product, its characteristics and its price.

All orders require acceptance of the prices and characteristics of the product detailed in its description.

Should any product be unavailable, Conguitos will notify the customer as soon as possible, cancelling the order and refunding the amount to the customer.

All our products come with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Conguitos undertakes to display and describe products as accurately as possible.

Conguitos declines all liability in the event of any mistake, error or omission in such presentation.

The photographs used to illustrate and complement the description of the products do not form part of the contractual obligations.

PAYMENT

At Conguitos, all payments are made with 100% security. In addition, we offer you multiple options to pay for your purchase. You can do so by Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna (payment by instalments).

Conguitos will never store card details or bank details of its users on its server. It is not permitted to use data or payment instruments belonging to third parties.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Conguitos will use all means at its disposal to guarantee the confidentiality and security of data transmitted through the website and on the website www.conguitos.es. In the same spirit, the payment platform uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocols.

SHIPPING

Once the purchase process has been completed, the product will be shipped by the means that Conguitos makes available to the customer.

Due to promotional periods, normal shipping times may be affected. Some orders may experience delays.

Orders over 49€ will qualify for free shipping. Free shipping will not apply if the total of your order does not reach the minimum amount indicated after discounts or promotions have been applied.

For the countries listed in the "Rest of the World" section, the minimum amount will be €150.

Conguitos is not responsible for taxes, customs duties and other costs generated by customs, nor for possible delays due to customs procedures.

Any order that shows damage or signs of having been opened or tampered with must be immediately rejected by the consumer at the time of delivery and notified to us through our Contact Form. If it is not possible to reject the order at that time, the consumer must file a claim with the provider on the same day of receipt or, at most, within 24 hours, attaching clear photographs showing the condition of the shipment. Without the required documentation, the claims process cannot be started.

Exceptional circumstances such as promotional periods, unforeseen courier issues, system updates or force majeure circumstances may alter the established delivery times. However, Conguitos undertakes to notify the customer should any of these situations occur.

If at the time of delivery no one is present at the address provided and the parcel cannot be delivered, our courier will contact the customer in order to find an alternative solution for handling the parcel. If, after repeatedly proposing alternative solutions, the parcel still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, we will proceed to refund the purchased product or products. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All items purchased at Conguitos through our website may be exchanged or returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date the order was delivered. 

Returns will be managed through our Returns Portal. Conguitos will only assume the return costs of defective products that have previously been processed and accepted by the Quality Department through the following link: Customer Service.

Exchanges

The free exchange service through our Returns Portal is only available for orders from Spain or Portugal. Our customers may choose another size within 14 days from the parcel delivery date.

It is important to note that only one free size exchange will be allowed per order, so if the customer wishes to make another exchange, they must make a return (from which €11.97 will be deducted from the amount of their order) and place a new order with the desired size or colour.

Orders processed in the remaining countries are not currently eligible for free exchanges, so the customer must make a return with any carrier and place a new order with the desired new size through our Returns Portal. These return costs will not be borne by Conguitos.


Returns

If you placed your order from Spain or Portugal and want to make a return conveniently and easily, we offer you an easy return service through our Returns Portal. All returns will incur costs that will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded (€5.99 if you choose the carrier offered by the company). If you choose the Gift Card refund method, this cost will be free for you.

If you do not want to manage your return through the methods offered and for orders placed outside Spain, you may return the product to us at your own expense, selecting the carrier of your choice for this purpose. These return costs will not be borne by Conguitos.  Please note that as this is not a service offered by us, we cannot assume the risk regarding the returned parcel when it refers to causes not attributable to Conguitos.

All returns must be sent to our warehouses in Spain, the address of which you will find in our Returns Portal.

Product Condition

For the return to be accepted by Conguitos , the following requirements must be met:

  1. Product condition: The product must be returned in perfect condition, keeping its original box and all included accessories.
  2. Suitable packaging: We recommend using the original packaging to protect both the product and its box. If you do not have the original packaging, it is necessary to ensure that the new packaging is secure enough to prevent damage.
  3. Products in poor condition: We will not accept returns of products that are in poor condition due to improper use or inadequate packaging.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions. For more information about our returns process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Please use an envelope, bag or paper wrapping to protect the box containing the items to be returned and under no circumstances place the return label directly on the boxes, as it would make it impossible for us to reuse them. This could also result in the return being rejected.

If any of the above requirements are not met, we will understand that the product has suffered depreciation for the following reasons:

  1. Shipping box: €5
  2. Any other item contained in the box (stickers, protective cover, cleaning cloth, etc.): €3

Orders that have benefited from a 2-for-1, 3-for-2 promotion or a free gift item must be returned in full in order to receive a refund.

Once any return has been rejected, the customer will have 3 months to collect and/or remove their order from the central facilities, bearing the collection costs.  

Refunds

If you placed your order from Spain, once the item has been received and the return approved and authorised, you may choose 2 refund options:

  • Gift card: We will send you a gift card with store credit for the amount of your returned items. This option is free of charge, and the return processing period is 14 days from the day the parcel is received.
  • Refund: We will process the refund of your returned items to the same payment method used for your original purchase. A return fee will be charged for this option. The return processing period is 14 days from the day the parcel is received.

For orders placed outside Spain, only the Refund option will be available.

Once the refund method has been chosen, you will receive a return confirmation email. We will send you the gift card code if that was the option chosen or, if you prefer the refund, you will receive notification of the amount of the product or products to be returned. It will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to pay for the order.

The refund will appear in your account balance within the next 7 to 15 business days from the time you receive the email confirming the return, although this may vary depending on the conditions of each banking institution.

Gifts

Please note that in the case of gifts, refunds will always be made through the payment method used when placing the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

The consumer and user shall have the right to withdraw from the distance order without giving any reason, during a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the correct receipt of the product.

Once the item has been received and when the return has been approved and authorised, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product or products to be returned will be reimbursed using the same payment method used (unless the consumer has expressly stated otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any cost as a result of the reimbursement). The total amount of the purchase will be reflected in your account within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, from the moment you receive the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, and its use must not have gone beyond merely checking that it is in good condition and working properly.

All shipping costs corresponding to the return process shall be borne by the customer.

To proceed with the withdrawal, we recommend registering it through our Contact Form and following the instructions indicated there.

In any case, we recommend that you keep proof of shipment.

Cancellation

Any modification/cancellation of an order is subject to the approval of an agent. However, although we always try to accept all requests, once the order has entered the automatic preparation flow, unfortunately there is no longer any possibility of making changes.

To cancel your order (provided it has not yet been shipped), you must contact us through our Contact Form and wait for confirmation from our team. We will try to handle your request as soon as possible.

LIABILITY

Conguitos undertakes to deliver your order to the selected courier agency as quickly as possible. However, Conguitos is not liable for damages arising from the poor functioning of transport, especially for causes such as strikes, traffic jams and in general any other reason inherent to the sector that results in delays, loss or theft of the chosen product. Technical failures that, due to accidental causes or any other nature, prevent the normal operation of the service through the internet. Unavailability of the site for maintenance reasons or others that prevent the user from accessing the service. Conguitos will use all available means to facilitate the process of selecting, paying for and shipping the desired product. Nevertheless, Conguitos declines any liability for causes attributable to third parties, fortuitous events and force majeure situations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the information contained on the website, as well as the graphic design, layout and code used, is protected by copyright and other protection rights set out in Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law. These rights belong exclusively to Conguitos or its licensors, and therefore any act of reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication, as well as any type of total or partial transfer of the website contents, and in general of any object that under current legislation may be protected by intellectual property rules, is expressly prohibited.

All trade names, trademarks, logos and anagrams displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Conguitos. The use, without prior consent, of any element of the website that may be subject to protection in accordance with current industrial property legislation is expressly prohibited. In particular, no logo, trademark, trade name, business sign, denomination, slogan, photographic material or any other distinctive sign belonging to Conguitos may be used without the express written consent of Conguitos.
