Shipping is 🎁 free for all orders over 49€ to Spain and rest of Europe. Otherwise, delivery is 5,99€-20€ depending on the country you plan to purchase.

Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days in Spain, 3 to 10 in Europe and 7 to 15 for the rest of the world. You can estimate the shipping costs in your cart and during the checkout.

Due to promotional periods, standard shipping times may be affected. Some orders may experience delays.

All product returns will be handled through our Return Portal.

📦 Exchange: At the moment, size or model changes are not allowed in orders not processed from Spain, so if the customer wishes to change his product, he will have to return it, with any carrier at his expense and place a new order with the new desired size. These return costs will not be charged to Conguitos.

💸 Return: We will process the refund of your returned items to the same payment method used in your original purchase. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
