Unicorn Sneakers: care and maintenance
We know that now they are your little girl's favorite shoes and that she does not want to take them off even to sleep, literally. This can cause the synthetic hair on the tail to get tangled or dirty, so we are going to give you some tips to keep them as they were the first day. Cleaning the shoe Very important, they are not machine washable! In addition to the fact that the light mechanism can deteriorate or melt, putting them in the washing machine could completely spoil the shoes, both the light ones and the glitter ones. To clean the shoe, it is advisable to take a damp cloth and neutral soap to clean the areas where it has become more dirty and be careful in the most delicate areas. You can let them air dry, better if they are not directly exposed to the sun. But try not to use any heat source (such as dryers) as the materials may deteriorate. Unicorn tail Like the hair of a doll, the hair on the unicorn's tail can get tangled or dirty with the play of the little ones in the house. With a few simple steps, you will see that it can be like new again. To make it impeccable, in this case you will need a bowl or container with water (warm-hot), fabric softener and a comb. It is very simple, on the container with warm water we will add a little softener, stir and introduce the unicorn's tail. Depending on the state in which it is, we can leave it more or less time, normally about 10 minutes will be enough for the mixture to be applied well. Once wet, as if it were shampoo, we will try to spread the softener all over the hair (if necessary you can add more softener). Once the hair is covered, you can pass the comb and see how the knots are undone more easily. As soon as you can comb it without any problem, rinse the glue with clean water and let it air dry, you can also use a towel, but never remember to use the dryer. With these simple steps you will keep your favorite unicorn slippers looking like new for as long as possible!
